The plan for introducing electric trolley buses (ETBs) in the Capital is ready and the first bus could begin plying not long after the Cabinet approves the plan, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said today. These non-polluting, energy-efficient buses (each of which costs Rs. 50 crore) would draw power from the distribution system of the Delhi Vidyut Board.
