The Supreme Court permitted the Ministry of Environment and Forests to file its application seeking several directions in an ongoing pollution suit filed by environmentalist lawyer, Mr M C Mehta, wherein it had directed conversion of Delhi's bus fleet to Compressed Natural Gas by 30 September, 2001.
