Though the Supreme Court decided not to pay to much attention to its recommendation that registration of new passenger vehicles with diesel engine be banned in the National Capital Region(NCR), the Environmental Pollution Control Authority(EPCA) has once again reiterated this demand. The EPCA submitted its fifth report - a copy of which is available to The Indian Express - earlier this month, making this suggestion once again.
