The Forest Department with the help of police and CRPF have started eviction drive in Rangalli Reserve Forest under the Charaideo subdivision of Sivasagar district of Assam from June 3. The forest officer of the reserve forest has issued notice and informed the encroachers before the eviction drive. So some of the encroachers could shift their valuable things to safety places.
