Unhappy with the ridership figures, the Metro Man has sent an SOS to chief minister Sheila Dikshit, asking her to help start the muchdelayed feeder services to bring in more commuters. In his letter to Dikshit, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) managing director E Sreedharan has written that the Metro's ridership was 15-20% less than what the corporation had expected.
