Experts have asked Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir not to follow the footsteps of China and waste their energy and resources in propagating the wonder plant of sea-buck thorn in the fragile cold desert areas where the climate is not congenial for its survival, as result of which its commercial plantation is unviable.
