The Express-Exnora Civic Forum (EECF), a public-spirited endeavour for a cleaner, greener and healthier Chennai, was launched. The forum is a joint effort of The New Indian Express and Exnora International as part of commemorating the birth centenary of the Indian Express founder Ramnath Goenka.
