After the failure of government in controlling inflation now there is hope on clouds. It is believed that if monsoon comes in time and rains properly , production of crop would be good and rates of food grains would lower itself. But the scientists of meteorological department said that normal rainfall is likely during monsoon. Inflation has hit commodities most and it has brought great concern before the government. Flour, pulses, rice and edible oil like commodities are out of budget. When the government efforts were not successful the traders have left hopes from government. According to economic world people, it is difficult to control over inflation and all is depend on production. If monsoon comes in time and good rainfall occurs then it would be helpful in controlling inflation. One of the reasons of increase in essential goods is less production in last year. Last year the monsoon had left drought in several parts which resulted less production comparatively. Monsoon is likely normal- Meteorological department is unable to predict that when monsoon would come in the country and state. People have hopes in this year but met scientists say that rainfall would be normal in this year too. Though, proper forecast would be made in the last week of May month. 39 districts were drought hit last year- Monsoon had not occurred in time last year in the state. It had come on 25 June last year in the southern parts of the state and had become active in the entire state on June 27. Neither the beginning of monsoon was good nor it blessed the state in the end of monsoon season. As a result the 39 districts had received less than normal rainfall and at some places it was only 25 per cent. The government had to declare these districts drought hit. When does monsoon occurs- Monsoon mostly comes in the state up to June 10, in this way it reaches Bhopal up to June 13 and up to June 20 it should occur in the entire state. According to central meteorological department, monsoon in this year would be normal. It had come lately last year but when it would come in this year it is difficult to say. Situation of monsoon would be cleared in the last week of May month. Director of met department, Dr DP Dubey. Spokesman of All India Industries and Trade, Anupam Agrawal said that the reason behind inflation is shortage of food grains in the country. Last year scanty rainfall had affected production. Government has exported out of it. If monsoon remains good this year then production would increase and inflation would be controlled at an extent.
