Farmers and activists of the Haryana Yuva Kisan Sangharsh Samiti marched to the Parliament House on Friday demanding water supply for drinking and irrigational needs. Hundreds of farmers, headed by Mr Naresh Yadav, an independent MLA from Atelli, alleged that the state government was blind to the water crisis and they tried to meet the President with their charter of demands but were stopped by security personnel.
