The Punjab Food Department has not only failed to ensure prompt supply of gunny bags to the farmers, the growers are also not getting the right price of their produce at the wheat procurement centres throughout the province due to mismanagement and negligence of the authorities concerned. The farmers, who somehow manage to access its wheat procurement centres are being deprived of 2-Kg wheat per 100 Kg bag in the name of
