Nagercoil: Kanyakumari Collector Rajendra Ratnoo conducted a surprise check in Primary Agriculture Co-operative Bank at Eraviputhur to verify the stock position of fertilizers and pesticides. He told a gathering in front of the bank that there was adequate stock of fertilizer and pesticides in the godown. He appealed to them to make use of this opportunity. He also conducted surprise checks at two fair price shops in the area and directed the officials to display all essential commodities distributed through fair price shops in order to facilitate the villagers to purchase it. District Supply Officer, Somasekaran, Revenue Divisional officer, Subramanian, Adi Dravida Welfare officer, Somasundaran, Special Tehsildar (Social Security Scheme), Veluswany, District Social Welfare Officer, Uma Mahaeswari, District Rehabilitation Officer, Shanthi Glory Emerald and other officials accompanied the Collector.
