The latest figures of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) proves that Delhiites breathe far cleaner air today than they did a year ago.The figures for April, May and June 2001, when compared with the corresponding months during the past few years show a marked decline in all major pollutants. The most distinct decline is seen in the level of Respirable Suspended Particulate Matter (RSPM), which is much lower this year.
