These days at Regional Science Center, hustle-bustle is being seen due to Science Film Festival. This Film Festival will be going on till September 30. The festival will show at least 18 science related films. The duration of all films, showing in the Festival is 1 and 1/2 hour each. Each film will be shown two times during the festival. First show would start from 11.30 AM and the second show would be from 1.30 PM. Some of these films are also in Hindi language, while others are in English. The aim of this Film Festival is to increase interest among children towards science, apart from providing of knowledge about science. The children were shown films like 'Energy and Living Things' and 'Secrets of Science' the other day during the festival. In this Film Festival, schools are giving special facilities to see their favourite topic films. In this connection, Bhopal Today Team talked to some children to find their views and thoughts, regarding the films. Sakshi - Today we were shown two films. Seeing the films we enjoyed and are aware of many knowledgeable things. I preferred 'Secret of Science' film more. In this film we were told about DN Cells, their variation and role of blood circulation in our body. Ramsha - Today we got to know many knowledgeable and interesting concepts, and in fact we have become aware of many secrets of our body. Although, I have never watched films before, but today I really enjoyed these moments. Rather, I will never forget this film as I have acquired a lot of knowledge. Hania - I am fond of watching Discovery Channel and I like such films. Through these films today I came to know about several things and they were interested. I wish to watch all films as all of them pertain to science and related subjects. Jenab - Seeing the films were very interesting. These science related films are really very knowledgeable too. I like first film most because the film told us about power and living things. However the film also told us about where and how the power is used.
