After months of deliberations and delays, 130 km-long Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway, which is expected to ease the traffic load on the Capital, is finally on track with Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation (HSIDC) signing the concession agreement with a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) created for executing the project.
