Edie Two men in Northern Ireland have been fined for breaching waste management legislation. Strabane Magistrates Court heard that environmental crime officers from the Environment and Heritage Service had visited a site last year and found large amounts of controlled waste, consisting of rubble and general builder's waste mixed with clay and soil near the Mourne River.
