Collector Sanjay Dubey claimed that Dhar is the first district in Madhya Pradesh State to have accomplished the completion of first phase of Pradhan Mantri Sadak Yojana. Seven roads, proposed in the first phase of the scheme, have been completed and the proposed roads in the second phase would be completed by April, while 19 roads of third face would be started by April end.
