The National Fishworkers' Forum (NFF) will launch an agitation in the coastal States to press for the withdrawal of the Aquaculture Authority Bill and other notifications that seek to dilute the provisions of the coastal regulation zone (CRZ) notification, according to a NFF press releaser.A decision to this effect was taken at an executive committee meeting held in Chennai. The NFF has demanded the withdrawal of the notification of July 9,1997, issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forests, amending the CRZ.
