A five-point presentation to make Delhi a world class city was made before the Delhi Cabinet headed by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit by All India Congress Committee (AICC) secretary and economist Jairam Ramesh. It was also decided that the Delhi Government would bring out a white paper on Delhi Statehood Bill 2003. The Delhi Cabinet discussed with Mr Ramesh and deliberated upon the key focus areas and related plan of action to be undertaken by the government during the next five years.
