Focus shifts to rehabilitation in Bihar

NEW DELHI With Bihar still grappling with the ravages of the Kosi floods, the rural development ministry has chipped in with a massive additional allocation of Rs 1,600 crores for the relief and rehabilitation work in the state. The amount is over and above the grant of Rs 1,000 crores announced by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh during his visit to the state.
