Alarmed by the growing self-sufficiency and export potential of Indian paper industry, foreign pulp-wood exporters are causing impediments in their way by aiding some NGOs to raise "baseless" social and ecological issues, a leading government mill Mysore Paper Mills Ltd (MPML) has alleged.
