Mohali, October 13 Tussle within the Punjab Government has once again stalled the development and expansion of Nayagaon, comprising Karoran, Kansal and Nada villages in the periphery of Chandigarh. The forest department has objected to the development and expansion plans envisaged by the Department of Local Government in the Draft Master Plan of Nayagaon-2021 released in August. The local government department has decided to seek Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal
