The forest fire that started around 1:15pm yesterday from the foothills just above Babina village, Thimphy, devoured more than 30 acres in just an hour. Fiercely blown by the wind, dark clouds of smoke screened the sun and threatened the century-old Wangdirse Lhakhang, situated at the top of the hill.
