Fourteen students and professors from Japanese universities are to take part in a three-day project to stop deforestation and soil erosion in Madagascar. The 14 will be working near Ambatondrazaka, about 150 kilometers northeast of Antananarivo. They will plant trees along Lake Alaotra, which is the largest lake in Madagascar.
