The Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) here has come up with a National Forestry Research Plan (NFRP) which aims at revamping its institutes, effect a new research policy and make the State forest departments work. The NFRP aims to introduce a new work culture in its institutes and State Forest departments plagued by non-erformers and petty politics.
