As many as 134 of the 174 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) which have applied for Municipal Council of Delhi (MCD) contracts for running public toilets under the Yamuna Action Plan, have been found to be "fraud, non-existent or not satisfying the criteria". This was stated by the Leader of the Opposition Ram Babu Sharma at the standing committee meeting today.
