Noida: The Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha located at Sector 18 is all set to have its own parking space. Built over 2200 square meters, the area will have a 200-vehicle, free parking space ready for use by June 5. Even as the Noida Authority's multi-level parking facility in the city's prime shopping destination - Sector 18 - is yet to be completed, the Gurdwara parking in the same area will house vehicles across two basement floors, helping to decongest the busy area in the vicinity of three leading malls. According to Gurdwara officials, the facility was constructed at a cost of Rs 5 crore and has been readied in about a year. "Since the weekend experiences heavy footfall in the area, we have decided to open the parking facility on June 5," said a Gurudwara spokesperson. He said it will be free of cost like at the gurdwaras Bangla Sahib and Rakabganj in the capital.
