North India's demand for Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) may be answered soon. With the Petronet-LNG terminal in Dahej, Gujarat, scheduled to become operational soon, the Gas Authority of India Ltd (GAIL) has planned to get about four million standard cubic metre of gas per day from the Dahej terminal. The gas will be distributed among northern states, GAIL said in a statement.
