Pune, November 6 S Sivaram, director, National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), inaugurated the garbage composting facility in the laboratory campus here on Thursday. As per the new guidelines of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), garbage generated by institutions and housing societies should be segregated into wet and dry garbage and the disposal of the wet garbage should be done at the place of generation. The NCL is spread over 475 acres and houses laboratory buildings, staff quarters, students
