A total of 850 families were peacefully relocated from the Gautampuri slum area of Yamuna Pushta to pave the way for beautification of the Capital's Yamuna riverfront even as the Union Tourism and Culture Minister, Jagmohan, announced that the entire bank of the river would be cleared of slums to make it an important part of Delhi's tourism circuit.
