Bangladesh Water Resources minister Abdur Razzak said progress in the South-Western Bangladesh would remain an illusion unless a meaningful programme for the restoration of the Gorai river is taken and its flow increases in the dry season. The minister was addressing the concluding session of the workshop on inception report of "Gorai River Restoration Project".
