The State Government claims to have implemented a numberof policy decisions for greater participationof rural populace in forestry development activities through joint forest management (JFM). In pursuance of a Cabinet decision, the benefits to be provided to Van Samitis for their conservation and development works had been specified, an official press release issued at Bhopal on Friday informed.
