The inability to control the increasing pollution levels in the city is the monumental failure of the Delhi government, said speakers at a panel discussion on "Has Delhi Become a Gas Chamber" organised by the Association of Victims of the Uphaar Tragedy on Tuesday. Deputy director of the Centre for Science and Environment Sunita Narain demanded greater transparency by the pollution control authorities regarding the environment crisis that is enveloping Delhi.
