The Andhra Pradesh government would soon entrust the implementation of AP Water, Land and Trees Act to gram panchayats, chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced. Launching the 'Jalachaitanyam'programme, and also awarding the recipients of 'Jalamitra' on the occasion of World Water Day at Shilpakala vedika in Hyderabad.
