Delhi Government on Thursday filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court seeking dual fuel mode in the Capital as recommended by the Mashelkar Committee report. The Union Cabinet had also approved the Mashelkar Committee report last month. The Delhi Government also informed the apex Court that it had decided to phase out 200 diesel buses every month and thus the entire phasing out process will be extended to 29 months.
