Delhi government won't need to install sight blocking devices to hide the city's sprawling slums as it is considering a proposal to make most parts of the Capital slum free in preparation for the 2010 Commonwealth Games.The government is considering the proposal in an effort to beautify the Capital in preparation for the 2010 target date.'Apart from the beautification of the city smoother movement of traffic as encroachments will be removed from most parts of the city .'said a senior Delhi government official.
