In a bid to boost tree plantation in the state , the state government has announced prizes in the range of Rs 100 to Rs 1 lakh. "People should come forward to take benefit of this scheme which would not only help the environment and also help them win prizes." said deputy conservator of forests of the Surat social forestry division B D Kuber.
