The coalition government was actively considering to construct an uninformed model buildings for all the Gram Panchayats in Karnataka, said Small Savings and Science Technology Minister Basavaraj S Horati.In order to preserve and enhance the underground water level, the Government was giving priority for rain water harvesting. To create awareness on importance of water, the Government was planning to spend Rs 30,000 on each school to take up rain water harvesting.
