Encouraged by the positive public response to its "Bhagidari" initiative, the Delhi Government is bracing up to unleash massive reforms int he citizen-governemnt partnership venture by giving it a legitimate status. The authorities have already set in motion the process of drafting a formal legislation on the issue to put in place "Bhagidari Councils" to bring about radical changes in the working and functioning of the various Government Departments.
