The preparation of the correct map showing original flow of Mithi river by the city survey department; implementation of the CWPRS, IIT and the Chitale Committee report; completion of the widening, deepening, de-silting as per above demarcation; provisions for acquiring NOC from the MRDPA and MPCB must be made necessary for any development made by any agency within 10m of the river.
