Polluting government vehicles are continuing to ply the roads of the capital city freely, nearly two weeks after the government a announced ban on polluting government- and diplomatic community-owned vehicles in the Valley. Issuing a press release issued today, The Explore Nepal Group, a private organization which has been campaigning for clearner environment, claimed to have tracked four government vehicles without green stickers plying th roads of the capital city Thursday afternoon.
