In an unprecedented action, Goa Pollution Control Board on Friday excavated a ring road under construction to find out whether the contractor has used garbage and waste for land filling. And, a Goa Pollution Control Board official Joglekar clearly stated that the operation has found prima facie case in the complaint filed by Margao Municipal Councillor Johnny Crasto that waste was dumped for land filling of the Margao ring road.
