Congress legislator G Chinna Reddy came out with a novel idea to increase the green cover in the Andhra Pradesh state without incurring any additional financial burden. Participating in a debate in the State Assembly on the demand for grants to Agriculture department, Chinna Reddy said the Israeli government had successfully improved the green cover in that country despite the desert conditions by going in for aerial seedling in a big way.
