As much as 2,166 acres of Bhagat Mine land will be developed as forest area which will act as green lungs for the citizens of Delhi. This was stated by the Delhi Environment and Forest Minister, Dr. A.K. Walia, after visiting the area today. He was accompanied by senior officers of the Forest Department and the Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
