While the British government continues to refuse permits for scrapping the first of the controversial US Navy "ghost Ships" which just arrived in the UK, the environment eatchdog Greenpeace said its vessel 'Rainbow Warrior', which is camping off the coast of Gujarat, has uncovered a British vessel being shipped to India, contravening intenational agreements and in breach of laws in India.
