Tree lovers and environmentalists have expressed dismay at eh allegedly felling of trees by a cooperative housing society formed by senior IAS officials. An inquiry instituted by the lokayukta recently found prima facie evidence that several old trees had illegally been chopped by the Pataliputra society in Andheri West.
