Vishwa Gujarati Samaj, a voluntary organisation, has decided to set up a permanent trust to monitor and guide research in water management . An expert committee will study problems relating to water scarcity to find a permanent dolution to the problem in Saurashtra and north Gujarat, Samaj president Krishnakant Vakharia told The Telegraph.
