Kushalnagar, dhns: Harangi Irrigation Advisory Committee has decided to release water into the canals for the farmers by February 20 so as to fecilitate the farmers to grow Khareef crops in catchment area. The meeting of the Committee was held under the presidentship of Harangi Neeru Balakedarara Mahamandala President Chaudegowda. The farmers demanded the officials to hold ameeting of the Committee in presence of the District Incharge Minister and discuss over release of water. Chaudegowda said that care should be taken to prevent wastage of water. He informed that a training will be given on water management in April. Mahamandala Vice-President M P Mahadevappa, Directors S P Raju, Somshekar, Executive Engineer Doddasiddaiah, Assistant Executive Engineer Krishnamurthy and others were present.
