Taken aback by the outcry over his reported statements vis-a-vis a study on vehicular pollution-associated health problems, the Delhi Health Minister, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, today clarified that neither he nor the specialists at the Centre of Occpational and Environment Medicine of Maulana Azad Medical College had at any stage said that pollution is not a health hazard.Several agencies dealing in air pollution had questioned the conclusions arrived at by the Centre in its study.
