The Lalbagh Walkers Welfare Forum has urged the Bangalore Development Authority to harvest rain-water too enhance the landscape of Lalbagh Gardens and enrich the water bodies there.The Forum has sought construction of drains to harness excess rain-water which falls on the huge rock - a geological monument in the park - and is diverted to Double Road where it ultimately gots mixed up with sewerage.
