The Haryana Governor, Mr Mahabir Prasad, today expressed his government's deep concern over the noncompletion of the SYL canal in the Punjab territory. He said the Central Government was being constantly pressurised in this regard. The state government had made a provision of Rs 45 crore for the purpose during the Ninth Plan.
